First Cycle coming up: Details inside, need advice

First here are my current stats. I've been keeping up with my bodymeasurements the past several weeks.

I am doing hi-intensity cardio for 20 minutes 5 times/week in the morning on an empty stomach. Plus, I do 5 ab routines for 2 sets of 15 4 times / week. Im building up to 3 sets of 15.
I've previously been pushing weights only 3 times a week, but this week I have started 6 times a week and only concentrating on 2 body parts / day.

Currently I have 10 2ml bottles of Deca (nandrolone decanoate norma) and 2 20ml bottles of Winny.
I plan on doing a 12 week cycle with these 2, but I feel like I should add in Sustanon.

My current plan is 50mg of Winny EOD.
Deca - 200,300,400,400,400,400,400,200,150,75,50,25
Sust - unknown

I have to get another 5 bottles of Deca for my schedule, but I wanted to know how much Sust to get while picking up my deca.

My diet currently consists of long cook oatmeal for breakfast + protein power, EAS Myoplex Shake, 3/4 # of chicken breast for lunch, another shake and scoop of protein, 2 6oz tenderloin filets, and another shake before bedtime. Im trying to make sure Im getting about 250 grams of protein/day. Carb count has probably been more around 2300 tho.

Any advice/recommendations/constructive criticisms?

I am not sure what kind of advice to give when I don't know what you want to achieve (ie. what are your goals).

My first and foremost goal is to get to a much lower body fat percentage, plus have some muscle and abs (read: six pack) to show for it.

I have a large frame as it is and react very well to resistance training and cardio and diet. And as such, want to be larger than average with my body frame.

Does that make sense?

keep the deca 300-400mgs or 200-300mgs sus 500-750mgs...sus no lower then 8 weeks deca no lower then 8 weeks but 8-10 weeks is great...
 
Ok, so your goal is cutting... Btw, you probably won't see your abs till around 10%bf...

I'd up your cardio to 5x/wk and go for at least 30 mins and see if you can work up to an hour. Then I'd switch to resistance training 5x/wk and focus on muscle groups. Give your body chance to rest.

As for a cutting cycle, I'd use Deca/Winny/Test and run for 10 wks.

Wk 1-8 300mg-400mg Test (Cyp or Enan)
Wk 1-10 300mg-400mg Deca/wk and 50mg Winny/ED
Wk 11-13 Clomid

Have some Nolvadex on hand in case of any symtoms of gyno from the test and get your calories to around 2900 (assuming an average metabolism) and start taking in 1.5g-2.0g of protien per/lb. Make sure you're taking in your calories over the course of 5-6 meals and that your sources for carbs are clean. Good luck and feel free to e-mail me if you have any other questions...
