I am doing hi-intensity cardio for 20 minutes 5 times/week in the morning on an empty stomach. Plus, I do 5 ab routines for 2 sets of 15 4 times / week. Im building up to 3 sets of 15.
I've previously been pushing weights only 3 times a week, but this week I have started 6 times a week and only concentrating on 2 body parts / day.
Currently I have 10 2ml bottles of Deca (nandrolone decanoate norma) and 2 20ml bottles of Winny.
I plan on doing a 12 week cycle with these 2, but I feel like I should add in Sustanon.
My current plan is 50mg of Winny EOD.
Deca - 200,300,400,400,400,400,400,200,150,75,50,25
Sust - unknown
I have to get another 5 bottles of Deca for my schedule, but I wanted to know how much Sust to get while picking up my deca.
My diet currently consists of long cook oatmeal for breakfast + protein power, EAS Myoplex Shake, 3/4 # of chicken breast for lunch, another shake and scoop of protein, 2 6oz tenderloin filets, and another shake before bedtime. Im trying to make sure Im getting about 250 grams of protein/day. Carb count has probably been more around 2300 tho.
Any advice/recommendations/constructive criticisms?
