EO necessary?

Hey Guys,

Im planing to make vials with:

330mg/ml Testo Decanoate
110mg/ml Testo Prop

Do you think that for this dosage EO is really necessary?
I made batches with 50:50 and 85:15 GSO/EO and the only difference was the thikness.
the 50:50 was like water but the less EO was also thin and i think the Test was holding better in the carrier with less EO.

So is there a big difference in 15%EO/85%GSO and 100% GSO with thikness and carrier stability? Maybe the 15%EO makes it painless?
