Dapoxetine...don't be a 3 pump chump!!!

A guy in my dapoxetine thread at another forum posted that superior dapoxetine is the first he has used that was legit. He tried dapoxetine from two other research companies and they were both bunk. His only complaint was the bad taste. Hahaha the research liquids are diluted in grain alcohol for maximum absorption as the alcohol pulls the research chem directly into the blood stream via sublingual use. Unfortunately, grain alcohol tastes like burnt ass. Hahahaha

"um yea i said works well but taste like acid and for me it takes a lot to work like 60-90mg. makes me last about 20-30 mins longer i last about 20 mins with out so not huge diff but 20 mins longer of sex it makes it where she gets off 2 times when on it and once with out.

IMPORTANCE OF THE FIELD: Premature ejaculation (PE) is a common male sexual disorder which is associated with substantial personal and interpersonal negative psychological factors. Drug treatment of PE with an off-label antidepressant selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) drug is common. The lack of an approved drug and total reliance on off-label treatment represents a substantial unmet treatment need.
AREAS COVERED IN THIS REVIEW: Medline and the proceedings of major international and regional scientific meetings during the period 1994-2010 were searched for publications or abstracts using the word 'dapoxetine' in the title, abstract or keywords. This search was then manually cross-referenced for all papers. This review encompasses studies of dapoxetine pharmacokinetics, animal studies, human phase I, II and III efficacy and safety studies and drug-interaction studies. Dapoxetine is a potent SSRI, which is administered on demand 1-3 h before planned sexual contact. Dapoxetine is rapidly absorbed and eliminated, resulting in minimal accumulation and has dose-proportional pharmacokinetics, which are unaffected by multiple dosing. Dapoxetine 30 and 60 mg has been evaluated in five randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled studies in 6,081 men aged > or = 18 years. Outcome measures included stopwatch-measured intravaginal ejaculatory latency time (IELT), Premature Ejaculation Profile (PEP) items, clinical global impression of change (CGIC) in PE, and adverse events. Mean IELT, all PEP items and CGIC improved significantly with both doses of dapoxetine versus placebo (p < 0.001 for all). The most common adverse events included nausea, dizziness and headache, and evaluation of validated rated scales demonstrated no SSRI class-related effects with dapoxetine use.

Dapoxetine hydrochloride is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor and the first drug approved for the on-demand treatment of premature ejaculation (PE). Our objective in this study was to characterize the efficacy of on-demand dapoxetine (30 and 60 mg) and daily paroxetine (20 mg) usage in treating PE. We conducted a 1 month study involving a total of 150 patients. Patients were divided into three groups of 50. Group 1 were treated with on-demand dapoxetine (30 mg), Group 2 with on-demand dapoxetine (60 mg) and Group 3 with daily paroxetine (20 mg). Our outcome measurement was increased from baseline intravaginal ejaculatory latency time (IELT) after treatment. The IELT increased from baseline to posttreatment by 117%, 117% and 170% in the paroxetine group (P < 0.01), 30 mg dapoxetine group (P < 0.01) and 60 mg dapoxetine group (P < 0.01), respectively. The increase from baseline IELT were similar for the 30 mg dapoxetine and paroxetine groups (P > 0.05), while the 60 mg dapoxetine group had a larger posttreatment IELT increase compared with the 30 mg dapoxetine (P < 0.05) and paroxetine (P < 0.01) groups. Dapoxetine (60 mg) 1-3 h before planned intercourse is a very effective treatment modality for PE. However, an on-demand dose of 30 mg dapoxetine is no more effective than the currently prescribed paroxetine treatment.

Superior dapoxetine post from another forum..
"I took 60 mg and it had me last longer than normal about 1000% longer. Felt like 90 mg would have gave complete control but could have been difficult to ejaculate. Porn star status, will update when I take 90 mg and plow the wife."
