CBS premieres sitcom, "Everyone Loves Ramone," about a promiscuously gay Latin man, living across the street from his heroin abusing parents and wacky hemophiliac of a neighbor. It's touted as being "Seinfeld for the hemophiliac, Haitian, gay, heroin crowd." Only "Survivor 3," "Survivor 4," "Survivor 7" and "Survivor 12" do better in the ratings.
