Did I understood you correctly that string cheese is your main source of proteins for today? Sorry if I got it wrong. Something just seems missing, and I would definitely get bored with such a meal. Doesn't it make you thirsty?

Yes Cheese. I don't eat meat for spiritual reasons.
Not really, I sip the coffee as I chew the cheese.
I drink water depending on the color of my urine.
If clear or light yellow - no water.
I try to maintain a solid yellow urine.
Using Ray Peat's information on taking a high salt intake.

I am eating two meals, 1-2PM and dinner at 6-7PM.
High fat Anabolic-diet by Dr. Mauro. Day 3. So far feeling great.
