I gain every time I take creatine...BUT it is the kind of gains that a good dose of Taraxatone wipes out. It makes me hold so much water, and I am not into fake gains from water. I use a modest amount only while off cycle.
I think 10lbs is the most I have gained after using creatine for 12 weeks.
I cycle creatine on & off pretty regularly, and I like It. I just finished a 10wk sust/dball cycle, and I'm going to hit the creatine. It usually helps me swell about 8-10 lbs. NOT ALL OF IT goes away afterwords for me. sorry I shouted.
