What length after the gyno has occurred is it likely to be reversed?

2 weeks in with the ralox and I know it takes months to work but it seems like the lump has grown some. First thought was maybe estrogen is up still but my manhood works just fine all the time, no bloat, no water retention...so without spending hundreds on blood work or trying to convince my doc to order blood work, I feel fine. IF it is still growing should I try something else or be patient with the ralox for now? Again, worst case scenario, Ill just get the surgery and be done. Lump is about the size of a grape right now and the head of it feels like two seperate lumps combined.

Another site suggested letro therapy followed by nolva should clear it. Thoughts?

At this point I would be happy with just a 50-75% reduction.
