This sounds ridiculous, but I gotta ask: are women biologically more inclined to be sore after a workout and if so, why? I am sore after almost every workout, if I am really putting out effort, yet I hear time and time again (granted, mostly from out of shape co-workers) that after several years of gym-ratting, this should not be the case. I half heard a comment from a source long forgotten that women tend to get sore more easily than men, even when in shape. Any truth or am I being a wuss?
