Yeah, start with 50 mgs, and gradually go decreasing the dosage. Regarding the sex thing - it is an absolutely healthy activity as long as you feel like it.

Sex does not effect testosterone levels or recovery from steroid usage. It is perfectly fine to have sex everyday will on a PCT.
