Because he is, you should really pause at the top for a couple seconds on each rep. I get irritated when I see guys at the gym doing a lot of weight with horrible form. Example> This guy who is going out with one of the Trainers at my gym will come in and workout with her, and he loads the bar up with way to much weight(trying to impress her). I worry that he is going to crack is breast bone with how hard and fast he bounces the bar of his chest. I actually hope the fuckin douche does. Maybe he will learn a lesson.
