I was 250 pounds 6 weeks ago but have been going out more and barely been the gym (for the first time since I started training very young). So right now probably about 235pounds and fatter than before! I am 6ft 2. I recently moved homes and have just joined a new gym so time to get serious again
6'5 220 lbs 8% body fat. Bulking at the moment until late May. Want to get to 240 lbs by then and gain more size on my legs. It's so difficult to gain leg size with being this tall!
