Todays diet

235g protein(mostly from whey protein isolate)

111g carbs( mostly from 100%whole wheat bread,pure orange juice

34g fats(mostlyl from eggs/cottage cheese)

Total calories was 1900 calories
Normally I do cardio 30min on elyptical but not today.
Usually burn around 300-450 each session.

Well, what is it your trying to do? Hard to help if we dont know what your goals are.
 
BMR

Asuuming you are between the ages of 18 and 30 I have your miimal BMR at 2200 kcal/day. You are eating 300 kcals less than this and burning 300-450 each session. If you do this every day your net caloric deficit for the week would be 4200-5250 week. One pound of fat contains about 4000 kcals. Depending on your daily physical activity, you are on track to lose 1-2 pounds per week (without using any metabolic optimizers like ECA, thyroid, DNP). Also assumes you stick to your diet and exercise plan.
