Data feeds have errors all the time. I spend entirely too much time trying to fix the errors in my data feed. The more you pay, ideally the better the quality and accuracy of the data.
Likely either their data feed was corrupt, or there was a calculation done on it that got some wonky data and it bugged out like that.
Since multiple places did it, I would assume it was one of the major feeds that had corrupt data and hence their clients were showing it too.
No idea who does their data feeds - I know that Yahoo uses a variety of them, Reuters for the mostpart and someone else for some of the historic data.
