help understanding blood and questions with pct

I ran 2 cycles over the past year and a half. I never did a pct because I really didn't know what I was doing. I've just got my blood work done to assess my situation and I'm having difficulty making sense of my results. I figure you guys would be able to glance at the results and be able to give me the advice I need. I'm a 29 year old male. Thanks in advance. I really appreciate the help and support.

Testosterone, Total 557
testosterone, free 121.1
TSH 2.0
FSH 3.1
LH 3.7
Prolactin 6.8

Is there a chart or something here where I can compare my results to? Where should my results be?

I don't know if I need a specific pct. I was gonna follow the "absolute best pct of 2014".

Is it OK the use hgh while I'm on my pct? If I run just hgh in the future I won't need to run a pct, right? And how long after I complete my pct will I be able to start a fresh cycle (recommended)?

From the information I've gathered, my total test is way low and my free test is crazy high. It appears my other levels are generally where they should be, ..right?
I'm experiencing tenderness around my nipples.. is this related to estrogen?- safe to say estrogen levels are high?
I'm super eager to get what I need to get back on track. Can't wait to start doing things the right way

I would do another PCT ASAP to get yourself back on track. Your test levels need brought up and you need to control the estrogen that rebounded on you giving the nipple sensitivity issue. I would run this
