I see a HUGE difference in body composition with added rest.
I just came off an 8 week cycle of fina @ 56mg/day, with slin @ 8iu's during the first 6 weeks and DNP @ 200mgs during the final 2 weeks. Heres how composition went throughtout:
Starting Weight/BF%: 183lbs/13%
Week 2: 191lbs: 14%
Week 4: 194lbs: 14.5%
Week 6: 197lbs: 15%

You guys that are saying you can't see a difference must be fucking blind! I can see a HUGE change in this dude. 20 pounds of muscle spread all over the body will not make the difference between Steve Urkel and Vin Diesel.
I never understood this dumbass theory. You're setting up yourself for an 8 hour fast by eating a low calorie protein based meal? WTF? If your cutting, that *might* be enough food, if bulking or trying to add a little muscle then hell no. Heres what I eat before bed every night:

Keep the protein and carbs the same but drop the fat calories by 500. Dont be drastic and cut 1500 calories for no fucking reason. I know EFA's are important but anything in excess will turn into fat.
My girlfriend is on her second cycle that consists of Deca @ 50mgs/week. Right now she is in week 3 and she has put on about 11 lbs. I'd have to say about 7 of it is H20. Her face, tummy, legs and rear are packed with water now. She doesnt like it because she thinks she looks fat. What can we do...
The final 2 weeks of my cycle I'm going to do some hardcore cutting. Heres what I was thinkin to get don to 8%.
