All accessory work up accordingly. Still going well. Fired half a unit of BPC again. See how well it's working Sunday for OHP.

Did a two high carb days in a row. >200 probably. Weight was sinking a little too fast. Probably from working on a roof for a week.

Accessory up well. Everything going well. Hit the food pretty hard this weekend. Felt good, I needed the carbs. Actually blew me up a bit without any noticeable fat or water bloat. Back to normal today. Don't know if I mentioned it but started the var finisher last Monday.

Shoulder is improving slowly. Still hitting half a unit of BPC-157 everyday in the delt and hit 5 units of TB-500 yesterday.

Accessory all up decent. Feeling good. Upped calories by about 500,split between mostly carbs and protein and a little fat.

Accessory all up a little.

Decent but a little disappointing. My wrist is really jammed up and it held my bench back. I had a freak accident this morning at the house. Slipped on a wet floor and fell on my ass. No biggie normally, but I instinctively put my hands back and jammed my left wrist something fierce. Screwed me up without a doubt. On a good note, shoulder is feeling really good.
 
Just did a weight check 195.5 post workout. Not what I thought. Thought I'd be up more, so that's makes me pretty happy with the 218.5x13. I checked my logs from when I was strictly powerlifting and my best was 225x10 but at 228 lbs body weight so I'm actually pretty happy. Gonna keep upping calories some. Strength up with BW flat makes me happy.

Mixed workout. 95% set was down by 2 from what I wanted, but training max set I added a rep. I think maybe I'm starting to suffer a little cns fatigue.

Running a 5k tomorrow, very reluctantly. Missed BJJ last night because of working out of town.

5k. 26:02. Top ten worst ideas I've ever had and I've had some bad ones. Never again. I was trashed until yesterday. I tried OHP workout Monday and has to stop after warmups. It as awful.

DE box straight weight and bar up to 2x2x225
DL (floor) 10x315 crappy bar
Leg press 15x10 plates then strip set to 2 plates.
Seated leg curls. Strip set down.
Calves and band GM's.

Decent. First time squatting with a straight bar in a long time and the shoulders let me know.
