Weight Loss help for wife

Hello ladies, my wife is currently on oxypro elite pills and she hasn't lost weight. Maybe 3 or 4 pounds but she's been on the pills for about 3 weeks. She wants something stronger and also that will give her more energy. Any recommendations?
 
There's some great products here such as Forged Burner by Need to Build Muscle that are top of the line and really strong. With any pill of that sort, though, a large part of the equation still lies in the diet.

Has she also changed her diet and exercise regime?
Don't forget the main "active ingredient" in these fat burners is only caffeine, so it's no magic pill. Caffeine pills before a workout can help give you an energized feeling but that's about it.
What's her diet like?
 
Her diet isnt decent, She tries to eat healthy when she can but she works about 80 hours a week and her diet consist of eating the healthy salads at fresh and easy but when she puts in those extra hours at the office, her boss usually gets the whole staff crappy food like pizza, burgers, taco bell ect.

Here is the problem. She's wasting her money with fat burners while eating fast food.
She may work 80 hours, but she could easily take 15 minutes-half an hour each day to pack up a lunchbox/cooler full of healthy food. And say "no" to the office when they ask her if she wants to eat all that junk. She needs to try harder if she wants to achieve her goals.
 
ok if you want her to lose weight then you will have to have her follow these 2 steps

cardio in the AM on a carb depleated stomach (only water) power walk uphill
and also she will have to change her diet and she will have to keep it healthy

if followed she will see great results and quick

the key is the cardio in the AM and the diet
