Hello hello...
As promised, here are the latest and greatest of what my routine is doing for me. I haven't been posting a log like many of you merely because i'm keeping a hand written one. (and i'm lazy)
Any suggestions or feedback...feel free to share. I've also attached my original thread when I kick started the new me...as weird as it may sound...I really don't know that I would have had such awesome results in 4 weeks without all of your help and encouragement!
