It does not matter when you take the SARMS or if you take them with food or on an empty stomach. I personally would take them with breakfast each day to keep things simple and so you don't forget to take your dosage.

Cardarine is a great SARM for fat loss and endurance
Ostarine is a great SARM for recovery

sarm's are not stimulants, they are drugs with half lives.

so you should take them 1-2X per day everyday and let them do their jobs in your body

You should really do some research on SARMs first. There are many different compounds. Look into them and decide which ones fit your goals. They are not magic drugs though. You need to be training and eating consistently or you will get no results with them.
