Hello, I have been training for almost a year. In that time I did Darden's New HIT from June until November and since then have been doing Alwyn Cosgrove routines from the book New Rules of Lifting.
So I have been squatting/deadlifting for maybe six to seven months. My deadlift form is solid. Squat form is okay, and improving all the time.
Basically I am trying to decide if I would get more from Starting Strength or from Bill Starr's 5x5 Intermediate.
Can anyone help me to decide? Thanks.
