Try DFHT, HST, or DC they are all in the training method stickies above, they are all quality bb routines, if your goal is strength and you are bored with your routine I recommend some strongman events to change things up too....good stuff
I'm finishing up HST at the moment. It's pretty effective for size gains. For strength wsb and 5x5 programs seem to do well.
And 5x5 seems to give you size gains too (Just look at needsize).
