the only thing in there that will make you APPEAR to lose weight is cascara sagrada which is a diuretic and purgative.

basically its junk

I figured as much. I ran a google and yahoo search on it and only got like 4-5 results on each, each one of which was just a link to Ebay.

Took this supplement for 4 months and had no results whatsoever, Ron

when looking for herbal product, be sure they are ASSAYED (HPLC is best ) for active % potency of the right chemicals ( ex Tribulus contains many saponins, of which only protodioscin seems to do the trick ).
Otherwise you're buying hay.
Then i doubt the small dosages in this product would sort an effect.
