Zma

Is zma useful when using a roid cycle, I used it in a cycle with prohormones and got good results. What I have read is that at night it puts your body into its most anabolic state, i was just wondering about the use of if in a roid cycle.

I use it post cycle before I go to bed. It is not crap, but only if used when your natural test is extremely low. For normal people not coming off gear it is a waste. prohormones are just a waste of time, thats the real crap.

I take ZMA, 3 caps, every night. It's just Zinc,Magnessium, and some B6. --pretty much consider it a vitamin, as opposed to "a body building supplement"

It's cheap, and helps me sleep.

Ditto - it's just some essential minerals and it helps me sleep as well.

Yep, its good stuff, but you cant expect it to be a dbol substitute. Many who say its crap expect to see changes but its not that kind of supplement. Like the guys are saying its Vits and Mins, just baseline supplementation. Whether it does what it claims or not, I dont know, but Im using it instead of my multivits at the moment which cant do any harm.

So you now use something that only has 2 minerals and one vitamin over something that has all the essential minerals and vitamins? That makes a lot of sense.

Nelson - Your absolutely right, I get my vits and minerals from wholefoods (veg and fruit), the natural way we were intended to get them, and Im not having any problems, so YES, that does make sense.

With all the money that people waste on unnatural, garbage vitamin supplements, why don't they just BUY A JUICEMAN JUICER FOR $125 dollars? That's about what mine cost, and fresh fruits and vegetables are dirt cheap---and in great supply---where I live. It's one thing if you are taking a unique, top-notch and necessary supplement like Tyler's Liver Detox or the GREATEST SUPPLEMENT ON EARTH (r-ALA), but why can't people just buy a damn juicer for their vitamin needs?

Hulkster - For some reason your post made me laugh, at first I thought you were being sarcastic, then I thought you might be a JUICEMAN JUICER salesman, haha. I gotta get me a juicer:D I think alot of mutli vits and mins are a psychological boost, after all your body only utilises so much of each then pisses the rest out.

I'm a bit skeptical of the absorbtion from those multi vits + mins.
