Well I have a question regarding ZMA HP. I just started taking it a few days ago. The directions suggest to take ZMA before your workout and a half hour before bed. The problem I've been running into is when I take it pre workout I am dead tired(sleepy tired) when I get home from working out. Should I just take this before bed and skip the pre workout dose? I just don't want this to be taking away from my workout rather than aiding it. Any help is appreciated!
