I agree, with obiwan. You can get all the zinc you need from a good diet. Most multi-vitamins have about 15 mg. Anything over 50 mg a day total, and you are putting yourself at risk for negative effects on your body, as well as blocking the absorbsion of other minerals that you need. ZMA is one of the biggest suppliment scams currently on the market.
lifting freak, the most important suppliments are anti-oxidants, EFA's (primarily n-3 fats), and essential amino acids (BCAA's should be at the top of your list). I don't think dextrose is that useful, and creatine is beneficial, but ranks further down the list than BCAA's.
