Def dont pick them, if you can get hold of a really small needle make small holes in it, then squeeze everything out until it stops bleeding. Make sure its a SMALL needle, if you just "pop" with fingers you could def scar easily!

If you arent going out in public then leave them as long as you can, then take a hot steamy bath. If they dont pop themselves then they will be right for the picking after the bath.

i would stick with a pin (no pun intended) and make sure you run the tip under some hot water before you pop....otherwise you may chance an infection

I wash my hands, then dip an extremely small pin or needle in rubbing alcohol and whipe it off. I make one, sometimes two, holes in the pimple. Using glycolic and salicylic acid, I wash my face afterwards. The two solutions reach deep into the zit and dry it up in one night.

Visit a dermatologist and get a Prescription for Accutane, and never worry about acne again. I a messed up face, and my back was a warzone before I started Accutane. It's been one year since my last treatment and I haven't had more than a few SMALL pimples. Accutane is the shit.

Your all wrong , with "never pop", have you ever had a facial done? Thats what they do, it must be very small hole with a needle though, thats the ket to prevent scarring.
