Ok not sure what is going on with me but I am getting Zits I have been on OrthTriCyclyn for a while rarely if ever get zits. But over the past months I have had 3. I am not taking any form of streoids. Any ideas what it could be from?

3?? LOL. look, im 33 and i get them all the time. I am also not on any AS. I also drink tons of water and dont eat greay foods or drink pop. I attribute it to all the sweating i do in the gym. Im buying every product made by Neutrogena inan attempt to fix this. Im too damn old for zits!

I've had zits all of my life & I'm older than Smurfy. I eat extremely clean, but I've always got a zit or two floating around. I always get a couple of those annoying deep ones the week before "that time of the month" and I always seem to get them on the outsides of my eyes - like where I hold my sunglasses when I take them off / put them on, and also when I sweat (e.g. along the straps of my sport tops).

I've had the best luck taking Pantothenic Acid (Vit B-5) when I get bigger breakouts.

Ah, well, nice to know I'm not the only member of the wrinkles AND zits club! I'm 31, I get them around my chin and central forehead. I have no clue what they're from, because whether I eat clean or not it makes no difference. They just get worse around my period. I thought they were from the extra stress I've had this year, but now I'm on holiday and they haven't gone away. My doc said all the oral treatments available were anti-androgens, and the last thing I need is even less test floating around than what I naturally produce, so ...... sigh.

I tried large doses of B5 too - nothing. Nothing nothing nothing, so now I just wash my face twice a day and try to keep my hands away from my face.

I actually started taking 2 grams of B5/day (1 gram in the am, 1 gram in the pm) for its anti-inflammatory properties, but it's helped with the monthly breakouts too. I only tend to break out around my period, but with the B5 I haven't even had to deal with that.

When I started taking Chemo, I got crazy bumps/zits on my face from all the toxic shit that was coming out of my pores. I started using tea tree oil and applying it with a q-tip directly to the area needed. I got mine from The Body Shop, and it saved my skin. Just be careful because it will dry up your skin so only put it on the actual "zit." Here is the direct link: Tea Tree Oil

Good Luck!
