ZIPLIP - Not Compatible With Elite Email?

Is anyone else out there having problems with the compatibility between the two? I have sent both secure and standard emails using my ZipLip account to fellow members at their respective Elitefitness addresses, all of them, I was told, were ureadable!

What the hell? Can someone help me with this problem?

I have tried from hushmail to ziplipmail and it didn't work either.
