You mean the best form of zinc or the best brand? Zinc picolinate is good for absorption, so is zinc amino acid chelate. Twinlab is generally the most trusted brand name. You'd get a better deal if you don't go to GNC.

There's been a lot of hype about Zmass it's at GNC. But, it's sort of expensive.

I can attest to the benefits of taking zinc chewables to
mitigate colds. Recently, felt a soreness in my throat.
Immediately I took a zinc. Still got the cold but very mild
one. I observed this many times.
Good to know ,because a nasty cold can "bench" ya
from working out. Think zinc when your throat tickles!
Too much zinc I hear is harmful though.
