Zinc....a warning..

Yeah I will finish this bottle and if I dont see any results I will stop taking it. Have any of you seen results and if so how quickly?

For strenght gain..about 2 1/2 weeks...it's really weird tha weights just start feelings lighter.

For sleep..immediatly

Everyones different though.

Anytime I have ever takin zinc on an empty stomach I felt SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO SICK! I have 100mg. tabs and I felt so sick when I take 1 w/o food.

Exactly!! That is what happened to me. I thought I was poisoned at first..I dont take zinc anymore, just ZMA>
