I had it for dinner...as you all know I am carb-phob..so here's my twist on an oldie:
SCABBLED EGGS;
2 eggs 2 egg whites
chopped fresh spinach
1/2 roma tomato
1/2 red capcicum(pepper)
extras;
sliced turkey breast (no carb)
grated cheddar cheese (no carb, low fat)
balsamic vinegar
spary a little cooking oil(with garlic) in pan and add ingredients. To add a different taste to it add a little balsamic vingar into the pan...
