Everybody here can give input on how to make those abs solid. Or, how to keep some hair. The one thing I am forever questioning is how to strengthen the facial muscles. At 43 they are starting to sag a bit... :worried:

Any input is good..........
 
There are actually facial exercises that involve stretching and contorting the muscles in your face. It was in a book about accupressure I was reading.
 
For abs, I set the situp board at the steepest angle and hold a 25 pound plate on my chest for three sets of 15.
 
Bro there are some special balls and masks that let you exercise your face muscles, to to ebay and search for the gadgets they are good, i have the ball for the double chin thing and it does work.
 
They have a process now that runs an electrical signal through your face causing you to contract your facial muscles. A 40 year old woman i know did it and her face looked 10 years younger instantly.
