MY FRIEND AND I STARTED THE GYM TOGETHER IN '99 WORKING OUT EACH BODYPART 2X'S A WEEK:

WE WORKED OUT FOR ONLY 2 MONTHS TOGETHER AND THEN WE HAD CONFLICTING SCHEDULES SO WE WENT AT DIFFERENT TIMES. WHEN WE STARTED WE WERE JUST ABOUT THE SAME WEIGHT AND SIZE. NOW HE GOT MUCH BIGGER THAN ME AND HE STILL WORKS OUT WITH THE SAME ROUTINE ABOVE AND I WORKOUT EACH BODY PART ONCE EVERY 5 DAYS. IS IT JUST GENETICS OR IS HIS ROUTINE BETTER?
 
HE EATS ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING. ONE OF THOSE GUYS WHO EATS MAYO,BUTTER,ALL FRIED FOODS AND DOESN'T GET FAT. ME I COUNT CALORIES,PROTEIN,CARBS,FAT. I EAT HEALTHY.I GAIN WEIGHT EASILY(FAT THOUGH). I WAS FAT PRETTY MUCH MY WHOLE LIFE. I WAS 225 OF FAT NOW I'M 165. I'M IN GOOD SHAPE BUT I HAVE FAT AROUND MY STOMACH THAT I CAN'T GET RID OF.
