I've been doing DC training for a few months now and wanted to get peoples thoughts on whether it is a good routine for size or is it all about strength? I realise diet will play a heavy part in this but lets assume I'm eating a lot.
I'm not looking for some massive debate about DC traing just some opinions on if it can be used for some sufficient size gains or if HST is still the better option?
