I only have serious things(passing out, puking, loss of vision) happen on leg days, and occasionally deads. Otherwise, I just feel high when I leave the gym.
Most days my intensity is heavy sweating and labored breathing, sometimes seeing those little golden bars everywhere after really straining. I have however choked/gagged before, blown snot out of my nose,(kinda grose and not done in front of very many peeps thank god!). For the most part I go home and feel like all is right with the world, I feel a little weak but pumped up and looking very solild and vascular. I LOVE IT!!
most of the time i leave the gym looking like some who missed their insulin shot, tremmors galore, and small........ but once i get home and eat....... thats when the endorphins kick in and everything is merry with the world.
but on squat days is when i almost pass out every workout.
I am certain that after squatting, I will be physically and mentally exhausted. I may become a bit nauseous. I hang around the gym afterwards for a bit before I get in my car.
Back day is probably the next most strenuous, as I do deads.
Arm day and shoulder day are the least draining on my body. Mostly after arm day I will feel weak when carrying something. Both days I'll be very sweaty.
