I am a student and my schedule has not permitted me to train for gains seriously for a while. (I haven't been on a cycle for quite a while - I did abort one after swallowing a couple d-bols a few months back for those of you that may remember.)
Long story short - MY DAMN “STUDENT SCHEDULE" EXCUSE IS OVER! It’s time to start packing on some mass yo!
I have begun the systematic process of identifying my most optimal training path yet. To kick off the process I utilized the "unconventional" HST protocol for six weeks prior to this writing, recording and observing it's effect on my body in detail. HST fit very easily with my schedule - it was simply an easy routine to follow. The results were very positive.
QUESTION: Should I run another HST "cycle" or should I try a significantly higher volume protocol by Hatfield for a similar duration and make an assessment?
