Here's mine:

Marinade a salmon fillet with 1/4 cup lemon juice and 1/4 cup soy sauce. Add 1/2 tsp of chinese five-spice powder, sea salt, black pepper and a pinch of splenda (or you can just add sweet soy sauce if you want), grill with tomatoes and mushrooms (if desired) to your liking.

Delicious!

Also, it goes really well with salsa... whether it be tomato salsa or mango salsa.

Any other flavours that go well with this tasty fish?

Nothing special -- grilled with garlic/pepper/salt....

Or marinated in Newman's Low Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing....then baked/broiled/grilled...

I also like the salmon that comes in the pouch like tuna mixed with some FF mayo, veggies & spices....

season with chef pauls seafood seasoning and broil. i like a hint of cayan pepper too. shit is simple and good. Also befor you broil it put a little low fat margerine on the salmon

Very simple:

Salmon steaks bbq'd...
brush the steaks w/ extra virgin olive oil, add parsley and garlic (fresh squeezed lemon juice can also be used along w/ these ingredients...the acidity cuts out the fish taste).
Then simply put 'em on the barby to cook.

If ya want, while they're cooking ya can continue to brush on a mix of olive oil and lemon.

Another awesome recipe is Salmon Fettucine:

in a pan heat up olive oil and garlic, then add some cut up tomatoes or tomato sauce (but not much, it's not like your normal spaghetti and sauce dishes). Cook for like 10 mins.
Add shredded salmon (as much as ya want). Cook all of this thoroughly.
Once cooked turn off the heat.

Cook up some fettucine as ya normally would. Once the pasta is done, drain it and add it straight to the pan where ya cooked the salmon. Turn on the heat and mix in the fettucine so as to amalgamate it altogether...for a min or so.
Enjoy!

Peace
