Mine is Day one Legs
Day two cardio and abs
Day Three Chest, shoulders an triceps
Day Four cardio and abs
Day Five Back and Biceps

Cardio for 20-30 minutes per day

tues-legs
wed-off
thurs-shoulders
fri-back/bi's

This is mine for this winter



SUNDAY: Chest calves

MONDAY: Back forearms abs

TUESDAY: ---

WEDNESDAY: Tri's Bi's

THURSDAY: Legs abs

FRIDAY: Shoulders calves

SATURDAY: ---
 
I have found the below to give me the most days between tri's/bi's so I can pound Shoulders heavy.

MONDAY: Chest, Tri's, calves Ab's

TUESDAY: Back, Bi's

WEDNESDAY: Heavy Cardio, Heavy Ab's

THURSDAY: Legs, calves

FRIDAY: Shoulders, Ab's

SATURDAY: YARD Work( 8 Acres )

SUNDAY: Yard Work again :bawling:
 
When I was younger, and chock-full of test, I worked out six days a week and made tremendous gains (heck, I could have eaten nothing but dog shit and grown with all that natural test being produced). Now that I'm in my late twenties, and certainly a lot wiser, I train on a one on; one off split. Gains are consistent and I've been injury free since I've adopted it. Remember, A muscle grows OUTSIDE the gym.:)
 
at the moment i am only doing 3 sessions a week:


chest and triceps(abs every 2 weeks)


legs and delts/traps


back and biceps

prob go back to a 2 day on 2 off split after.....dunno yet.
