Your favorite row?

Mine is t-bar row.

I've got one row slot on back day and trying to decide between t-bar and barbell row.

I'm leaning toward t-bar because (for me at least) it hits lats more.

Right now I'm doing underhand grip BB rows at about a 45 degree angle. Don't know if my back has made any progress muscle-wise but my biceps are finally responding to something.

I love those. Definitely one of my favorites.

The only one I have in my gym...is a barbell row. I like it.

I do the CS on a bench with a bar because the bench squishes up all my acouterments and I get the same ROM as I do with the bentover row without discovering bruises all over my anatomy the next day.

barbell. occasionally with a curl bar.

How do you use a curl bar for these? I'd think that a couple hundred pounds would bend one of those...

i have a fifteen pound curl bar (for standard plates), i think its solid steel. i have done rows with up to 255, no problems. its a little different feel from barbell rows with the way you place your hands. just for a change of pace.

Seated/standing w/varying grips and pull-downs...all done with bands are my favs.

I don't seem to get much but a bicep workout from BB rows. Probably bad form.

Dumbell rows and barbell rows. Its difficult to decide. If I had access to the 200lb dumbells I think the decision would be easier. Since at my gym I only have the 150's which Ive hit 20+ reps with, and at another gym 160's which Ive hit 17+ reps with.
Atleast with the bar you could load up 945lbs if need be. hahaha But its easier to fall forward with the barbell. Hard to say, guess thats why I do both with deadlifts as the main course.
