I've taken it a few times. Stacked with t3 and on its own. I honestly don't see much in regards to extra fat loss. I don't really get bad sides from it either, not even at 120+ mcg per day. I use pharm grade stuff and I really just don't get much benefit from it. Shakes are minor for me - but cramping is legit. Even with extra water and support supps the cramping I get after workouts is no joke.
