Your biggest drop BF% during cutting cycle?

I'd like to know what some of the best/most dramatic results any of you have had in terms of BF% change during a cutting cycle?

I just went from 12 to about 6% in the last 12 weeks.


a LOT of work though....weight went from about 265 to about 230.

Carb depletion sucks!
