young small guy needs help to get into Bodybuilding.

I've done some research that show me I either want one of two starting cycles;
1
Sus 250
or
2
Dec-bubolin 200

I dont want to stack as I just want to break into it easy, but don' know whether these are the right starting blocks for me????

I'm 5"5, age 23, with a weight of 54.4kgs and a body fat % of 15.7%so you can see why I wanna beef up.

Please can you give us any advice.
 
You probably don't want to hear this, but.....

EAT - loads of food

SLEEP - 8 - 10 hours/night

TRAIN - 4 to 5 days/week

NO ROIDS - until you have more time (1 year) properly under your belt.

.....and you will get bigger naturally!
 
First, you probably dont need to jump into AS. you should try to make more gains naturally, get diet and workout routein in check. Then, if you are not making gains to the goal you want, think about AS. seriously this is not something to play with.

that said, your first cycle should not be a deca only cycle, acutually no cycle should be deca only. So, when you do your first cycle choose your first option. Sus250 at 500mg per week

and i forgot that when you do AS make sure you have anti e's and PCT in check BEFORE you start.
but i still say wait

How's your diet now? let's look at that first.

So you want to get into "bodybuilding" You can start at the gym and in the kitchen.

ok, my diet is. (only started eating big recently mind)

6 weetabix + 1 banana for brekkie say 6.30

2 granary toasts, 2 hard boiled eggs, and fruit, and water for brunch say 10am

lunch being chicken, and rice, and water say 1pm

I try everyday to have a protien shake at around 4pm

eat maybe around 7 having something small i.e. bowl of pasta, fruit and water.

So what do you think????

I think you need to eat more and trash what your eating...not enough protein in your diet..or cals for that matter.

I have a lot of thoughts on this diet.
However, first, let's discuss your goals before we work on a final draft for your diet. Where do you want to be in 3 months and 6 months and 12 months? in terms of weight and bodyfat.
 
to be truthful i want to get to 10 stone (63kg) in in 3months and then ideally peak at 12 stone (76kg) within the year. And my body fat to stay at or below 20%.

Let's start you off with some reading.
read over SYLs articles, and my Dieting articles

Once you're done, post here and let me know. Especially if you've found a diet you like.

and your diet is not anywhere close to where it needs to me.
you need 2 to 3 times the amt of protien you are currently getting
