900 bucks plus utilities = ass rapage( but the new standard in this area for new apartments/studios.) mind you im 3 blocks to public transpo to manhattan and it only takes 10-15 mins to get into the city so apartments go fast around here.



The roomate thing just aint for me. so I put a deposit down on a studio in the next town over. its a brand new building they just put the finishing touches on the apartments and I move in 8/1. its a nice studio and there is a wall that blocks view of the bedroom from the living room so its almost like a 1 bedroom minus the door. im excited ...my first completely own place..

Dam I though Toronto was expensive a studio here depending on the hood runs 700-800 and that is in the city. Where I live you can get a really nice 1 bedroom for $975 all in that is 15 minute subway ride into the down town core.
