I'm re-writing my lifting routine for after I move, and back/shoulders is going to be my push it to the limit routines. I love shrugs, nothing better then someone looking at you then you flex your neck and it flares up.

If you saw the one I am doing now, you'd probably kill me. It's helped me lose weight and helps me work on my form, but it is horrible. Hardly any gains anymore, just over all working the UPPER body. It is because my partner had his routine and I had to work with his. But now I have to re-do it. I hate to do it, but I need too. Maybe do chest day with one of his THREE!!!
Anywho, I'm going to put 'The Bear' in my routine once I start.

Also, on what day should I do dead lifts? With what body part? I probably shouldn't ask this on C&C, but hey hah.
