This shit happens all the time at my apartment at varying times 7am-11am. Either wakes me early, or when I was working overnights it would wake me up right as I was falling asleep.

I did feel sorry for one of the laborers though. He woke an elderly women up when he was blowing leaves away from the balcony areas; she was up on the second floor. She got pissed and dropped her flower bed/pot right on the guy's dome.
