If the sniper left the police a payphone number, then staked out the phone & sniped the cop who tried to answer it. I think that'd be great. It would guarantee the death penalty, but what creativity.

I'm sure the police expect that though, so they probably have the streets blocked off for a while.

This guy needs to do a Cunanun. He should kill a journalist live while they give the story to MSNBC, fox or one of the other networks that do live coverage. That will intensify the situation.

I think the guy could switch to a paintball gun and still get the same point out.
In fact, I think that it would just be a good laugha nd kind of refreshing.
Like "hey, I could have been dead just now, but instead I just am covered in paint that will wash out. Now I can go on with my life and have a new outlook, enjoying things that just minutes ago I took for granted, but now I know how tenuous a grasp life we really have and I will go about my life living it with more vigor than before."
