This is just to say thanks for all the help I have been getting from the mods and other cool bros on this board. Before I became a member of I only knew a little about things. I know so much more now and have so much more info at hand cuz of you guys here. It'd funny cuz guys I use to ask questions about this stuff are now comin to me with all of their questions since I seem to have all this new knowledge. I am far from knowing it all but what I do know is from all of you.

Thanks again

Yea its cool when the people u use to get your info from start asking u questions,,,makes u feel all mushy inside:heart:

With the knowledge I have acquired through the people on this discussion board I feel more confident about my diet and my health, not to mention the results I am beginning to see from my workouts.

I'm on here many times a day. This place rocks !!!

Thanks Everyone for all of your feedback.

There is alot of good info here, alot of good people as well. But we must remember to get info from alot of different sources, else all our information gets recycled whether it is right or wrong.

While we are on this subject I have a quick question:
I've been reading alot of books, websites, magazines, etc... about steroids and using them correctly. What I want to know is: Where do the people that write these books get their knowledge? Are these just chemists or biologists applying their knowledge to steroids, or did these people take classes devoted to the correct usage of steroids?

The reason I'm asking is that I will be taking chemistry and biology for the next 2 years or so, and I'm just wondering if there are any specific classes that will help me better understand steroids and their interactions with the human body.

OK, so that wasn't so quick...Sue me!:moon:

A basic biology class that covers gene expression, energetics and regulations would do wonders for guys on this board.. I mean, look at the top gurus: Cockdezl and Stew-- both have bio/chem background..

As far as chemistry goes, it's useful.. I mean, when someone say's "ester' or ketone or some other term, you will know what they are talking about..

To be a real guru.. You NEED these classes.. They also make the journals somewhat easier to understand.
