last week i put up a post about not gaining any weight or going up in excerise weight after 4 weeks of using gear...posted my diet and got flamed hard...fuck em'!!! i started eating more red meat, eating a big breakfast and in general just eating more quality food. i didn't want to get fat so i was eating very little and it caught up with me! you have to eat to see any gains.
yesterday i went up 20 pounds in bench, incline, decline, chest press and tricep extenisions...it was hard for me to believe but the only thing i changed was my diet.
