I did push presses as the base of my shoulder routien.
Loved em, fried the front delts, upper chest, abs

one question though.....
how far down do bring the bar at the bottom of the movement?

I bring the bar back to rest on the front delts like in the front squat position. Glad you liked them they are awesome.
