the way i see it...(and this is one of my many theories on why chics think and behave the way they do...if u wanna hear some of my other ones let me know) Chics are always preoccupied with their weight. Ever since they go through puberty and theyre body attains a rounder figure (growing of breasts, butt) they are brainwashed and tormented with thoughts on how to loose weight and how they are always seeking to be thinner...hence woman are allways trying every diet possible and every easy way of loosing weight. Thats why many women are still of the belief that lifting weights will make them bulkier and look fat....and instead they cram themselves like cows into aerobic classes for forty five minutes just to burn off that snickers bar! lol. Thats why when they see a man that has a large amount of muscle mass (even if he has a very low bodyfat) they think that they look gross and in their own words "fat" or "too big", when in reality they look good and worked hard to achieve that perfect physique. We dont lthink like them...therefore we know this. This also correlates with the fact that most women (at least 75 to 80 percent in my opinion) are bisexual by nature. You see, women like pretty things....they dont care if its male or female. Hence their attraction to "pretty boys" instead of real men. You see all these women being attracted to Leonardo DiCaprio, Ricky Martin and those Backstreet fruits. But they dont even take a second look at real men such as Arnie. Notice that most of these guys....if u put a long hair wig on them and a little make up...could pass for chics. Anyways this is just something from the top of my head...u dont have to agree with it...but the more i see articles like this...the more i believe in this theory. And everything you said was 110% true. Well actually, it isn't true of all women, they're not all rug munching girly-man lovers, take my wife for example. She likes manlier men and likes to help me make fun of the um, less manly types.

It is true that most women don't like very big guys because

(1) the pro wrestler look just ain't pretty
(2) totally true that they like being the center of attention; many prefer hanging out with these skinny weiner lap dog types because they can't accept a challenge (half the time they screw around on the lap dog though)
(3) there is a perception that skinnier people are more driven professionally, more wealthy, more glamorous, etc. - if you're built like a truck maybe you drive one... which I don't have a problem with, but as you know many women are looking at your "financial potential"

Gary, that girl maybe just didn't like your attitude, or there was no chemistry. As I've heard from my wife, even a perfect body is not necessarily going to get you anywhere with a woman, - if you're "icky" or "creepy" she'll choose the "not perfect yet good looking guy" who just seems to have a better sense of self-worth and enough sense to pay attention to other people's needs (of course you can't go the other way and be "too nice" either, it's pretty fucking complicated... It's pretty simple guys..chicks don't want a guy who is too much into himself! If you lift weights than you're obviously into yourself and a girl wants a guy that pays more attention to her than himself.
Also they know that with weight lifting/bodybuilding comes steroids and NOT MANY chicks want a crazy derranged lunatic on the juice. Not that we are but that is the stereotype.
